TYPICAL PROJECT LIFE CYCLE

STEP #1 - LEARN THE FACTS.  THIS MEANS ASSESSING THE LOCATION AND AVAILABLE SPACE IN TANDEM WITH CLIENT WISHLIST.  WE LOVE TO LEARN ABOUT THINGS LIKE CORPORATE CULTURE, WORK FLOW, PERTINENT DEPARTMENT FUNCTIONS, AVAILABLE BUDGETS, LEASE/BUILDING RESTRICTIONS, COMPANY COLORS AS WELL AS OVERALL BRAND/ORGANIZATION AESTHETICS. THIS ALLOWS US TO TAILOR A FURNITURE DESIGN PROGRAM SPECIFIC TO YOUR NEEDS.

STEP #2 - CREATE A FLOORPLAN. THE FLOORPLAN CAN COME FROM AN EXISTING CAD DRAWING OR WE CAN MEASURE AND CREATE ONE FOR YOU IN-HOUSE.  OUR DESIGN STAFF CAN BUILD EVERYTHING FROM SIMPLE AERIAL VIEWS TO COLOR, 3D RENDERINGS. (SAMPLES BELOW)

STEP #3  - PRESENT. REFINE. PRESENT!

STEP #4 - PLACE ORDERS, RECEIVE ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS (REVIEW FOR ACCURACY), WAIT FOR ORDERS TO SHIP TO LOCAL INSTALLER'S WAREHOUSE.

STEP #5 - DELIVER TO CLIENT LOCATION, MANAGE PROJECT DURING PLACEMENT & ASSEMBLY.  WORK WITH MANUFACTURERS TO REPLACE BREAKAGE AND CLEAR UP OTHER PUNCH LIST ISSUES.

STEP #6 - HUG IT OUT, THEN INVOICE.  SERVICE FURNITURE IF/WHEN NEEDED. RINSE AND REPEAT.
